We are a group of table games publishers, and hereby jointly condemn all kinds of malicious acts of “Yantai Baiyu Cultural Media Co., Ltd.” and “Yantai maiqibaoku Cultural Development Co., Ltd.”.
The two companies have maliciously infringed, and registered a large number of trademarks with the same or similar names as the game names published by us (see appendix in the list), promoted these products as their own products, even filed complaints to the sales platform including Taobao. With their maliciously registered trademarks, they asked us to remove the real original products, which is unacceptable and unacceptable Tolerated.
Every table game is the result of the hard work of the publishers and the teams behind them. We strongly condemn the malicious infringement and take others’ labor achievements as their own.
These behaviors not only steal the results of others’ efforts, but also affect the operation of table games publishers, thus reducing the development of new games and affecting the publishing ecology of table games. Moreover, the quality of the pirated games offered by these infringers is questionable. Such infringement not only damages the interests of publishers, but also may damage the rights and interests of consumers who inadvertently buy these pirated games, including table games shopkeepers and ordinary customers.
In order to protect the development of the table and swimming industry and protect the rights and interests of a group of consumers, we will unite and make every effort to protect our intellectual property rights. Next, we will take the following legal actions:
Submit our signed complaint to the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office of the people’s Republic of China (cnipa) to complain about the two malicious infringers. The trademark registered and used by the infringer is obtained through malicious infringement. Therefore, we will do our best to prevent the infringer from selling pirated games again, and not let them profit from the illegal act. We will not retreat from the unjust threat and malicious attack of infringers against us and will prevent them from interfering with the market by these illegal means.
