Tianmei will empower players on climate change by joining the green game jam initiative and working with global game companies to find innovative ways to empower players on climate change. In addition, Tianmei has promised to continue to explore how to reduce its own carbon emissions.

The “playing for the planet alliance” was launched by the United Nations Environment Programme at the UN climate summit in september2019, which aims to support the game industry to work together to enhance public awareness of environmental protection through the power of games. Other members of the alliance include Sony, Microsoft, Ubisoft, supercell and dreamworld. Tianmei is the first game research and development studio from China in the alliance.
