According to IGN, US based law firm chimiles Schwartz kriner & Donaldson Smith
LLP (cskd) has launched a questionnaire on ps5 handle drift on its website, allowing ps5 owners to feedback drift instances. “Cskd is investigating a potential class action lawsuit, and it is reported that the dualsense handle of Sony ps5 host may drift and damage prematurely,” the page said
It is worth noting that cskd was one of the many firms involved in the drift lawsuit of joy con, the switch handle of Nintendo, last year. Nintendo has been subject to a number of class actions in the United States, Canada and Europe over joy con’s drift.
So far, there has been no class action against Sony.
